Australian Standards set explicit requirements for the procedures, materials and practices to be used in a particular field.  Standards relating to bushfires are:

  • AS 3959-2009:    Construction of buildings in bushfire-prone areas
  • HB 330-2009:      Living in bushfire-prone areas.
