USING THE ABC OPEN ARCHIVE MATERIALS
The ABC has released a selection of its archive materials for use by the public. These materials are being made available online directly from the ABC as well as from a number of cultural partners as specified below.
Each work you access, including any photograph, audio recording or audiovisual item, will be tagged with particular licence conditions. The conditions associated with use of materials may vary depending on the nature of the material, its copyright status and the source from which you are accessing the material. We recommend you check the conditions attached to each work and seek your own advice to ensure it is cleared for your intended use.
Unless otherwise specified using one of the recognised licences on the right, the ABC is releasing materials are on the following conditions:
you may copy and use the materials for personal, non-commercial use only;
you will not use the materials in such a way as to imply endorsement by the ABC or any person included in the materials; and
you will provide the ABC with the following attribution:
