Nelson Library

Nelson Library is the library of choice for Music Industry Students.

8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

You may borrow up to 15 items at a time (degree students can borrow 15). Most items are a two week loan, including books, music scores, periodicals. You may renew indefinitely, unless someone has requested a hold on your item. If you do not return items you may be barred from receiving final results.

You are welcome to ring and renew items or for any queries.

If you would like to borrow from another library, please ask us for assistance . You can borrow in person from other academic libraries with a CAVAL card. Or we can arrange an InterLibrary Loan.

Library Catalogue
The Library Catalogue offers basic and advanced searching for resources. It also lets you place items on Hold, and access your account to see what you have borrowed, or renew items. Remember your PIN is the last four digits of your student ID.

There's a LibGuide in your subject area to help you with your assignments and research. Try it.
Library Databases
Our Library Databases offer you streamed audio, thousands of magazine and journal articles, and ready reference information... even Australian standards. Your username and password are the same as for StudentWeb.
