If you seek to uncover the underlying issues be sure to listen, ask open questions, and don't jump to conclusions. Chapter 4: Managing Problem Behaviour. Following a green, amber and red signal system helps to manage problem behaviours. Green accounts for positive and helpful behaviour; amber represents behaviour that develops negativity; and red recognises behaviour that damages clients, company and colleagues.
