·         If you plagiarise, you are not showing your understanding of the topic and the information you have researched and you are not presenting the ideas you have developed from your research

·         You are using the work of another person and calling it your own.

·         It is against the Copyright Act (1968) to use the work of another person without acknowledging them

·         It is against the Box Hill Institute Plagiarism, Collusion and Cheating Policy
